Thanks to the richness of raw materials and their intensity, our fragrances can last up to 12 hours or more on the skin, depending on the composition and skin type. Each creation is designed to leave a deep, persistent, and unmistakable olfactory imprint.

You can pay for your order easily and securely with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit cards. We use the most secure security protocols to guarantee you the best possible experience.
You can choose to pay with PayPal simply and securely, via your PayPal account.
For orders in Italy, you can choose to pay for the order directly in cash on delivery for an additional cost of €5, for orders not exceeding €500.

By purchasing a full-size (100ML) fragrance, you will receive complimentary samples of other Rumad fragrances with your order.

Shipping costs in Italy are always free.
In European countries, shipping is free for orders over €150. Otherwise, the cost is €20.
In non-EU countries, orders are always shipped at a cost of €50. VAT and customs duties may apply according to the legislation of the destination country. These costs are to be paid by the recipient.
For UK, Switzerland and Albania, shipping costs are always €20.

International shipments are handled by BRT/DPD or DHL courier.
For shipments to non-European countries, the average delivery time is 5-10 working days. Should customs hold the package for inspection, delivery may take longer and is not attributable to Rumadperfumes.com.
We ship all orders received by 12:00 a.m. Monday to Friday on the same day. If the order is placed on a public holiday or the day before a public holiday, the package will be shipped on the first available working day.

Delivery times from the shipping date are:
- 1-2 business days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily and Sardinia)
- 4-5 business days in the European Union
- 5-10 business days in non-EU countries.

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, its contents can no longer be modified. However, the delivery address can be changed for a limited time after order confirmation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to: info@rumadperfumes.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
To proceed with the refund, it will be necessary to verify that the item has not been tampered with or altered in any way that would compromise its future/immediate resale.
